The St Mary's College Past Students' Union (CICPSU) Office is proud to offer complimentary reunion planning services to alumni groups that are interested in hosting reunions.

Reunion Planning Packet
Our reunion planning packet is filled with information compiled by our experienced staff. The packet includes:

-a recommended timeline and checklist.

-tips and suggestions for reunions of all sizes.

-a list of the College's administrative contacts, as well as contacts for catering and other services you may require for your event.

Records
We can assist alumni groups with contacting members via email, as well as generate a list of up-to-date addresses.

Publicity
We can advertise your group's reunion on our event calendar as well as on our social media pages, including our Newsletter.

Supplies
We can provide name tags and other materials to help make your reunion festive and informative. This can include but is not limited to CIC branded memorabilia from our Online Store as well as custom “stripes” with your graduating year and/or name.

Advice
Our reunion coordinator will serve as an advisor to help answer your questions, find contacts, and provide recommendations.

Venue
The CICPSU does not have the right or authority to rent the Centenary Hall or the grounds. If you wish to do so for your event you will have to contact Mr. Enrico Rajah, Manager of the College. All proceeds go towards the College.
The CICPSU will be happy to assist with obtaining any other venue for your event if you so desire.
